From 1 to 3 December Messina will host the Italian Cup and the Italian Paralympic Table Football Championship

The three-day competition program will see the participation of around 100 athletes from various regions of Italy.

From 1 to 3 December Messina will host the Italian Cup and the Italian Paralympic Table Football Championship.

The countdown begins and the organizational machine is deployed for the preparation of the national sporting event scheduled in the City,from 1 to 3 December next, to Palarussello Palasport, where the double appointment will be held Italian Cup & Absolute Italian Paralympic Table Football Championship.

The event, promoted by Italian Paralympic Table Football Federation (FPICB) is organized by Mediterranea Eventi ASD with the participation and patronage of Municipality of Messina.

The program of the three days of competitions will see the participation of around 100 athletes from various regions of Italy, accompanied by the relevant technical staff, as well as a delegation of members of the FPICB, who will have the opportunity, in addition to participating in the competitions, to stay in Messina having the opportunity to appreciate its natural, landscape and architectural beauties.

“We enthusiastically joined the event – adds the Sports councilor Massimo Finocchiaro - making Palarussello one of the municipal sports facilities available, affected by redevelopment and embellishment interventions to be the scene of three days of sport, in order to create moments of aggregation and bring young people, above all, closer to the practice of sport to encourage sport as a lever of social development and inclusion".

The event program will start on Friday 1st December, starting from 8.30 am, with the final of the inclusive interscholastic table football tournament, as part of the project ALL TOGETHER “I OSO VODAFONE FOUNDATION & FOUNDATION WITH THE SOUTH", is it will end on Sunday 3 December with the final races and related awards.
