Fondazione Prada presents two new musical projects a Venice e Milano to deepen their research in the area of contemporary and experimental music.
Wednesday 15 November, as part of the Luigi Nono Festival at Giudecca, will take place in the headquarters of Venice a concert with music by Luigi Nono and the meeting “Sound, noise, listening. Dialogue on noise pollution and technology” with Massimo Cacciari, Alvise Vidolin and Cristina Baldacci.
Thursday 14 December, threes e Fondazione Prada will present a performance by the Japanese artist and composer FUJI|||||||||||TA in the Church of Santa Maria Annunciata in Red church a Milano.
This openness to musical languages is part of an intellectual investigation based on the hybridization of disciplines that Fondazione Prada is carrying out through various activities, with the aim of extending the scope of knowledge and testing new tools of knowledge beyond the visual arts. A fundamental stage of this journey is represented by the collaboration with “Riccardo Muti Italian Opera Academy” for three editions of this training project aimed at young orchestra conductors and master piano collaborators. From 18 to 29 November 2023, at the headquarters of Milano of the Foundation, the public will be able to attend a series of lessons and rehearsals focused on Standard and led by the Master Riccardo Muti, until his concert.
