“Distant as necessary (antivirus theater pills)”, a vaudeville performance between the cynical and the ironic, jokingly exorcises the fear of contagion in a modern and decadent interpretation of the variety show.

Eight actors propose a narrative inspired by modern minstrels, heirs of a figure, never extinct, who has evolved over the centuries taking on different names and roles. A figure who enters the scene in moments when plagues, wars and barbarism shake the souls of men, forcing them to reflect and change. In these phases the theater loses its usefulness and awaits the return of an apparently peaceful life to once again be a place for fun and entertainment. In these moments the minstrel becomes the protagonist.
