Brescia, agreement approved for access to registry services at tobacconists, newsagents, stationery shops and associations

Brescia, The Palazzi Council, on Wednesday 18 November, approved the agreement scheme with private entities such as newsagents, tobacconists, stationery shops, associations, Caf to become affiliated offices for the issuing of personal data and civil status certificates which the Municipality of Mantua already releases online to users who request them. Although the online service is already used by many citizens, the number of people, around 40 percent, who physically go to the municipal offices in via Gandolfo to request many certificates is still high. The Council has therefore decided to allow, through an agreement, private entities in the area to become affiliated offices to issue the main registry certificates. In this way, those who are unable to use online services, for example older people or people less familiar with computers, will be able to go to voluntary associations, Cafs, newsagents, stationery shops, tobacconists and other affiliated private entities to obtain certifications without having to go to the Municipality anymore. Each affiliated branch must display a sign relating to the provision of online certification services in accordance with specifications agreed with the Municipality on the shop windows, entrance doors and on the website of the authorized branch. In fact, the following certifications may be issued by the affiliated branches.
