Bari, on May 9th at the Piccinni Theater the traveling show "San Nicola dei Baresi".

Tuesday May 9, on the occasion of the celebrations of the Patron Saint of Bari, the traveling and interactive show will be staged at the Niccolò Piccinni municipal theatre “Saint Nicholas of Bari”, by Marco Grossi, Compagnia Malalingua, wanted and organized by the Municipality of Bari in collaboration with the Teatro Pubblico Pugliese.

The show will be repeated nine times throughout the day, for an audience of 60 spectators at a time, at the following times: 10am – 15am – 11pm – 30pm – 12.45pm – 16pm – 00pm – 17pm and 15pm.

«In the days of Saint Nicholas, alongside the many initiatives planned, we thought of opening the Piccinni theater to tell the story of the Bishop of Myra through a theatrical show produced for the occasion and, for the first time, by the Department of Cultures in collaboration with the Teatro Pubblico Pugliese – explains the councillor Ines Pierucci -. In this way all forms of expression - from art to music, from theater to aerial dance during the long-awaited Historical Parade - will be honored on the occasion of the celebrations of the patron saint.
