The Carabinieri of Terracina have 93 year old man arrested for the hypothesis of aggravated murder of his 82 year old wife.
On the morning of November 25, around 08:30, following a request to 112 received from the couple's non-cohabiting daughter, the Carabinieri are intervened in the home of the two elderly people, finding herself in the bedroom, lying on the floor, the lifeless body of the woman, which featured some scratches on the neck.
Technical surveys were carried out by specialized personnel of the Investigative Unit of the Carabinieri of Latina, in addition to an inspection by the Forensic Doctor on duty for the Public Prosecutor's Office of Latina. Based on the findings the man was declared under arrest.
The body will be subjected to autopsy examination ordered by the Judicial Authority, the man will be held in a prison which is being identified.
