Scauri: pre-trial detention in prison for a 39-year-old from Minturno already reported for assault.

The Carabinieri of the Scauri Station (LT), have executed a measure of precautionary custody in prison in aggravation of the provision of house arrest, issued by the Court of Appeal of Rome, against a 39 year old, from Minturno.
The measure stems from a complaint for violations of the rules imposed on exit times and for personal injuries caused to a 20-year-old local man.
The Judicial Authority, sharing the actions of the military personnel, deemed it necessary to issue the aforementioned precautionary measure.
