Priverno: 82-year-old man attacked for failure to give way, reported 

The Carabinieri of the local station they received a complaint from an elderly local gentleman, born in '42, who had been attacked by a young man. In particular the victim reported that, while he was driving his car, he had an argument with another driver over a failure to give way. The latter, blinded by rage, had chased the elderly driver and, once he had caught up, after having kicked and punched him, he had hastily left the scene of the attack, disappearing without a trace.

Preliminary investigations, started immediately by the military, are still underway. Following the incident, the unfortunate man went on his own to the nearest emergency room for the necessary checks and treatment. The investigations started immediately by the Carabinieri continue in order to reconstruct the dynamics of what happened and identify the perpetrator of the attack.
