Pontinia (LT), 42-year-old arrested for drug dealing and personal injury. Sentenced to 2 years and 9 months.

The Carabinieri of Pontinia have arrested a 42enne, already known to the police, in execution of a detention order issued by the Latina Prosecutor's Office.

The man, already under house arrest, was sentenced to 2 years, 9 months and 12 days in prison for the crimes of personal injury, receiving stolen goods and possession of drugs for the purpose of dealing, committed between the 2018 and 2023 in Pontinia and in the province of Rome.

After the formal procedures, the arrested person was transferred to his home under house arrest, remaining at the disposal of the sending Judicial Authority.
