On November 20, the Carabinieri of the Monte San Biagio Station (LT), following specific investigations, have deferred, at liberty, a 41 year old Romanian citizen, resident in the Pontine province, already known to the police force, for the crime of driving under the influence of alcohol.
Specifically, the 41-year-old, last October, while he was driving the car in his possession, had been involved in a autonomous road accident, running over a quadruped, then deceased due to the serious injuries he suffered.
In the aforementioned circumstance, the Carabinieri, in carrying out the relevant investigations, submitted to alcohol tests at a health facility the driver of the vehicle. The results of the laboratory tests, recently received, have highlighted a blood alcohol level above the permitted limit.
