Scauri di Minturno: Carabinieri report 29-year-old for mistreatment in the family

Last November 30th, the Carabinieri of the Scauri di Minturno (LT) Station, following investigative activities, have deferred, at liberty, 29 year old foreigner resident in the area, for the crime of mistreatment in the family.

According to what emerged from the investigation activities carried out by the Carabinieri, the man allegedly committed the following acts against the his cohabiting partner, persistent physical and verbal aggression such as to force the woman, born in 1995, also a foreigner, to leave the house.

The personnel of the Arma – in concert with the close and synergic direction of the Judicial Authority of Cassino – proceeded, therefore, to report the subject as foreseen and punishable by art. 572 of the criminal code and by the regulations of the so-called “Red Code".
