Last 23st January, Carabinieri of the Scauri di Minturno Station (LT), following a emergency response and subsequent investigations, have reported while at liberty a man of 50 years, already known to the police, for the crime of abuse in the family.

From first reconstructions, it emerged that, during a litigation, the man would have physically assaulted his partner, providing them lesions judged to heal in 21 days.

Following the investigations, the The Carabinieri reported the subject to the Public Prosecutor's Office of Cassino (FR), in relation to thehypothesis of the crime of mistreatment in the family.
