Latina, punitive expedition for a debt of 400 euros. 22-year-old ends up in prison.

The Latina Police has a 22-year-old man arrested responsible for extortion, threats, damage, housebreaking and aggravated personal injury.

The investigation began about two months ago, when a person reported the 22-year-old. The young man had threatened, damaged the car and beat the victim with a baseball bat, who suffered injuries to the face. The attack was a real punitive expedition because the targeted person had been late of a few weeks the payment of a debt of 400 euros, and now he had to pay some additional money to compensate for the delay in payment.

The investigations have allowed us to gather elements on the man's full responsibility, also supported by two accomplices. Given the previous violent behavior of the attackers, the Judge deemed the measure of pre-trial detention in prison for the author of the most violent behavior, while the other two are under investigation.
