Latina: Carabinieri save 24-year-old girl from suicide.

I Carabinieri of the Latina Scalo Station, during a service of control of the territory, they noticed a girl in obvious state of agitation on a public road. The young woman, a 24 year old from the Pontine capital, he was holding a knife and if it he was aiming for the throat, expressing suicidal intent.

Having immediately realised the gravity of the situation, the military started aintense dissuasion work, trying to calm the girl down and convince her to give up from his intent. Thanks to the sensitivity and promptness of intervention, the Carabinieri managed to avoid more serious consequences.

Also intervened on site medical staff, which has provided for transport the young woman to the Santa Maria Goretti hospital in Latina for the examinations and necessary treatments.
