Latina: 43-year-old arrested on prison order for theft and mistreatment.

I Carabinieri of the Latina Scalo Station have arrested a 43 year old man, resident Sardinia but domiciled in the Pontine capital, already known to the police.

The arrest took place in execution of a detention order issued by the Public Prosecutor's Office at the Ordinary Court of Cagliari - Criminal Enforcement Office, since man has been sentenced to 3 years and 5 months in prison for the crimes of theft, receiving stolen goods and mistreatment in the family, committed between the 2004 and 2010 in Sardinia.

The arrested man, after the ritual formalities, Was transferred to the Latina prison, at the disposal of theMandating Judicial Authority.
