The facts date back to theAugust 11, 2025, when an argument over traffic issues in the former Avir square in Gaeta degenerated into a violent assault. The suspect forcefully pushed an elderly driver, causing him to fall to the ground. The head trauma he sustained proved fatal: the victim died on August 14th at theFormia hospital.
The investigations, started immediately, saw the agents of the Gaeta Police Station collect the first statements of the witnesses present and analyse the images from the system citizen video surveillance, confirming the circumstances of the case. Medical records and clinical documentation were also acquired, and the forensic analysis confirmed the causal link between the push and the elderly man's death.
