Formia: 28-year-old Moroccan reported by the Carabinieri for damage

Last November 26th, the Carabinieri of the Formia (LT) Station, following specific investigations, have deferred, at liberty, 28 year old Moroccan citizen, without a fixed abode in Italy, for the crime of threats and harm.

Specifically, the man, a guest in a facility in Formia that provided him with assistance on behalf of the Church of the “Immaculate Heart of Mary — Don Bosco”, in the grip of one sudden state of anger, he would a door and some furniture were damaged present in his room and threatened those present to set fire to the aforementioned Church.

The immediate intervention of the Carabinieri, alerted through the Single Emergency Number 112, made it possible to prevent the man from carrying out what had been ordered, also ensuring the safety of the personnel present.

Further investigations into the man revealed that he was irregular on Italian territory and, therefore, the Territorial Office of the Government of Latina has issued a fine against him expulsion decree from the national territory.
