Ventimiglia: 23-year-old attacked with a bottle; 28-year-old arrested

I Carabinieri of the Ventimiglia Company (IM) have arrested in flagrante delicto a foreigner held responsible for the crime of aggravated personal injury to the detriment of a twenty-three year old homeless young man, originally from the Netherlands. It all started when a crew of theRadiomobile rate of the Ventimiglia Company intervened in Tenda Street, where a fight between foreigners had been reported.

Once on site, the soldiers found that a young homeless man of just twenty-three years old was attacked and hit on the head, probably with a bottle, from one twenty-eight-year-old foreigner of Afghan nationality, irregular on the national territory e already known to the police.

Rescued by 118 personnel, the young girl was immediately transported to theBordighera hospital, where she received the necessary care and has already been discharged, fortunately with only a few days of prognosis.

Escorted to the barracks, after the usual formalities, the arrested man was placed at the disposal of theJudicial authority waiting for Direct judgment, having to answer for the crime of aggravated personal injury.
