During checks for the August exodus, the Chiavari traffic police rescued a lost mixed-breed dog and entrusted him to the Rapallo White Cross.

I continue checks by the Genoa Traffic Police, on the occasion ofmid-August exodus and the related increase in traffic volume, in line with the objectives of the Traffic Police Service.
During the evening shift on August 21st, personnel of the Chiavari Highway Police Detachment was contacted by Traffic Police Operations Center to inform that a lost mixed-breed dog, with leash and harness, had been found in good health at the '“Riviera Sud” service area a Sestri Levante (GE).
Once on site, the officers refreshed the animal with fresh water and activated the Rapallo Public Assistance, enabled to animal rescue. The animal, equipped with a microchip, was entrusted to the care of the “White Cross” of Rapallo, where he was returned to the owner.
