Rapallo: thefts in commercial establishments, Police and Carabinieri arrest three people.

The agents of the Rapallo Police Station and Carabinieri of the Santa Margherita Company, in the night, they have arrested in flagrante delicto three Moroccan citizens of 21, 22 and 38 years, held responsible – without prejudice to the presumption of innocence – for the crimes of aggravated theft and resisting a public official.

The arrested initially attempted to smashing a shop window with kicks and punches. Subsequently, they managed to break the window of a bar and, once inside, they stole the cash fund. Shortly after, they forced the entrance door and entered a Pharmacy in Piazza Cile, but i Agents and Carabinieri they intervened on the spot, surprising the three while they were rummaging inside.

Brawl and arrest

The three attempted the escape, giving rise to a scuffle in which one Police officer and a Carabiniere they reported minor injuries. During the arrest, a soldier has a gunshot was accidentally fired, that did not cause any damage.

From Surveillance camera analysis it emerged that the suspects had attempted another theft at the expense of a restaurant, using a manhole to break down the entrance.

The three arrested were transferred to the Genoa Marassi prison.
