Genoa: Highway Police save a kitten in the Sant'Ilario Service Area on the A/12 motorway.
In the early hours of a hot afternoon in late July, a patrol of the Genoa Highway Police received news of a kitten abandoned in the bathroom of the Sant'Ilario Service Area on the A/12 motorway towards Genoa.
The operators, who arrived at the service area immediately after the report, recovered the kitten, a gray ball of fur a couple of months old, malnourished and scared.
After having calmed him down and fed him, they took him to the Traffic Police Operations Center in Genoa and entrusted him to an Inspector of the Operations Room, who, upon hearing the news, decided to take care of him, at the same time giving a gift to the little feline and his two little girls.
