Genoa: he shows up at the marital home despite the prohibition on approaching, arrested.
The Genoa State Police arrested a 53-year-old for violating the orders to stay away from the marital home and the ban on approaching places frequented by the injured party.
The man showed up at the apartment where his ex-wife lives, despite the order, notified only a few days ago, which prohibited him from doing so.
When the officers arrived, the 53-year-old had already moved away but the woman, who was not at home at the time, still expressed fear that he might try contact again.
Sensing the criticality of the situation, the police officers nevertheless remained near the house for some time before resuming their service.
To confirm the suspicions, after just a few minutes, a new request for help came from the woman: her ex-husband was outside the door and was hitting her with his fists to get her to open.
The operators immediately intervened and blocked him and accompanied him with the service car to the police headquarters to proceed with the arrest.
