Genoa: after dinner they try to escape without paying. 30-year-old and 52-year-old reported.

The State Police of Genoa reported a 30-year-old and a 52-year-old, both homeless, for fraudulent insolvency, the latter was also reported for theft.

Last Saturday evening the two men went to a restaurant in the center and after having dinner they tried to leave without paying the bill. Before leaving, one of them also took possession of the bags of two customers and the smartphone that employees use to take orders, but a customer saw them and chased them.

The UPGSP squad cars when they arrived on site they stopped the two, also sanctioning them for drunkenness, and returned the stolen goods to the owners.
The criminal proceedings are currently in the preliminary investigation phase, therefore the presumption of innocence of the suspects applies until the final sentence.
