The young man was seen by a citizen while he opened a parked car and rummaged inside. The UPGSP police officers who arrived on site saw him running out of the alley and stopped him.
Inside his backpack a glass-breaking hammer and a loudspeaker were found, probable proceeds of theft. The stolen car had a forced front door.
The man was taken to the police station for ritual acts, the presumption of innocence of the suspect remains in any case until the final sentence is reached.
