Genoa: Caught Stealing a Suitcase from a Car. 25-Year-Old Arrested.

The State Police arrested a 25-year-old for the crime of attempted aggravated theft.

Yesterday morning a citizen witnessed the theft of a suitcase from a car parked in Caricamento. She immediately called the 112 NUE describing the perpetrator of the theft and his movements.
