La State Police of Genoa reported a 55-year-old homeless Algerian convicted of theft and attempted robbery and subsequently arrested because he was burdened by a prison order of 1 year 1 month and 8 days of imprisonment.
The afternoon of the 29st January, the staff of Central Commissariat intervened in Piazza Matteotti at a well-known bar because the man had entered the changing rooms trying to force some cabinets, but was stopped by a boy who tried to hold him back during his escape.
The officers of the Center, who intervened, took the subject to Police Headquarters for identification. From the investigative databases, it emerged that the aforementioned was burdened by a detention order issued by Court of Appeal of Brescia in October 2019.
It was then arrested and brought to the Marassi prison.
