Genoa, house of prostitution disguised as a massage center

The State Police of Genoa, following an investigation coordinated by the local Public Prosecutor's Office, has given execution of three precautionary measures which ordered the detention in prison for two citizens Chinese, aged 65 and 37, and the obligation to reside in Genoa, for a third party, also a 49-year-old Chinese, since seriously suspected of being the managers of a house of prostitution in the Quarto district.

The Genoa Mobile Squad carried out a'intense investigative activity following several reports of young prostitutes and a frequent coming and going of customers inside a Chinese massage center, recently opened on the site of a bank, finding the presence of real red light stations, equipped with sunbeds, soft lights and bathrooms, where the customer service desks were once located.

From investigations and testimonies of some customers, it emerged that the suspects managed and exploited the young women, forcing them, even before having a paid relationship, to bring the equivalent amount of money provided by the client to the madam. For these reasons the three are being investigated in competition for the crimes of exploitation and facilitation of prostitution, of recruitment of persons for the purpose of practicing prostitution, as well as for the management of premises used as brothels.
