“Young people today are looking for workplaces that know how to valorise skills, talent and merit. Public administration must be one of these places: modern, innovative, and capable of attracting the country's new energies."
This was stated by the Minister for Public Administration Paolo Zangrillo, speaking in Genoa at the 30th edition of Orientamenti during the event “GenPA – Unlock Your Potential”.
The minister recalled how the public administration is becoming more attractive to young people thanks to new digital recruitment methods, which have drastically reduced selection process times compared to the past.

During the meeting, Zangrillo spoke with the students, illustrating the opportunities offered by public employment: innovative projects, digital skills, citizen services and merit-based career paths.

The minister then invited young people to become protagonists of change: “Public Administration needs your energy, your creativity, and your vision.”
