Genoa, the 65th International Boat Show presented

“The Genoa Boat Show is the heart of the city and Liguria's identity, the international brand that expresses a passion for the sea and Italian excellence. In recent years it has grown not only in numbers, but also in prestige and in the perception of visitors and institutions: a solid system that aims to make Genoa not only the leading boat show in Europe, but the number one in the world.

This relaunch was made possible by the collaboration between Confindustria Nautica and entrepreneurs, together with the push of the regeneration of the Levante Waterfront, which transformed the area into a modern exhibition platform overlooking the sea.

Nautical industry is a strategic sector for the country: shipbuilding, passion and related industries that generate jobs. A further positive signal comes from the Deloitte data, which confirm the solidity of the sector , Italian leadership in world yachting.

Finally, events such as The Ocean Race and the next America's Cup (for the first time in Italy), strengthen a path that starts from afar".

Thus the president of the Liguria Region Marco Bucci a Midnight Palace, in Piazza Affari in Milano, during press conference to present the 65th International Boat Show, scheduled at Genoa from 18 to 23 September 2025.

Present at the press conference, among others: the president of Confindustria Nautica Piero Formenti, the regional councilor for Sport and Employment Policies Simona Ferro, the president of the regional council Stefano Balleari , Mayor of Genoa Silvia Salis.
