Genoa: Man threatens ex-girlfriend and flees on stolen scooter; arrested after pursuit
A 30-year-old man from Genoa was arrested for resisting and assaulting a public official and charged with receiving stolen goods. The man, already known to law enforcement, was stopped after a chase on the overpass and on foot along Lungomare Canepa.

La State Police of Genoa ha arrested un 30enne Genoese, already known to the police, for the crimes of resistance and aggravated personal injury to a public official, also reporting him for recipe. The intervention was triggered when a patrol of the UPGSP rushed to an apartment where a woman had asked for help: her ex boyfriend he had shown up at her door threatening and insulting her.
When the officers arrived, the man had already left on board a scooter found to be stolen.
Chase on the elevated road and escape on foot
