Genoa: The 30th edition of the Orientamenti Festival has opened.

The 30th edition of the Orientamenti Festival kicks off tomorrow at the Magazzini del Cotone, featuring institutions, distinguished guests, and meetings dedicated to the three strands of human, stem, and hands.

Tomorrow, Tuesday 18 November, the 30th edition of the Orientamenti Festival, scheduled until November 21st at Cotton Warehouses in the Old Port of GenoaThe inauguration ceremony is scheduled for 9.30 of Grecale Hall, in the presence of President of the Liguria Region Marco Bucci, The Councillor for Education Simona Ferro and the ESF Programming Marco Scajola, from the Mayor of Genoa Silvia Salis, from the General Secretary of the Genoa Chamber of Commerce Maurizio Caviglia, from the Antimo Ponticiello, Director General of the Liguria Regional School Office, Giulia Pellegri of the University of Genoa and of the President of Porto Antico Mauro Ferrando.

The following will also be present: dreamers, symbol of the three strands that structure the Festival's events:

  • the journalist Giovanna Botteri for the line human,

  • the engineer Amalia Ercoli-Finzi for the line vote,

  • the pastry chef Iginio massari for the line hands.

At the end of the inauguration, President Bucci and Councilors Ferro and Scajola will hold a visit to the event.

Among the main events of the day:

  • 11:30 a.m. – Grecale Hall
    Meeting with Amalia and Elvina Finzi – “Gentle Leadership in Space”, A conversation between mother and daughter to explain how empathy and collaboration are revolutionizing space research and the way missions are led.

  • 11.30am – Room 1, The Space Cinema
    Precision, equilibrium e The pursuit of perfection: meeting with Iginio Massari.

  • 11:30 am – Maestrale Hall
    Telling the world to understand it - meeting with Giovanna Botteri.

  • 17 Hours - Sala Levante
    Regional Award "Ligurian Athlete of the Year".
