Genoa: driving without a license and with a cutter in the dashboard, fined and reported.

The State Police reported a 32-year-old local man for carrying weapons or objects capable of causing offence, also fining him for driving without a licence and a parking violation.

On Saturday morning, a UPGSP patrol car passing through via delle Fontane noticed a car parked on the sidewalk. Since the vehicle had its engine running during the stop, the driver was asked to show his license, a document he did not have since it was revoked last July.

The officers also noticed that there was a box cutter on the dashboard of the car in the immediate possession of the 32-year-old.

The man was therefore reported and administratively fined, the car was seized for three months.
