La State Police Thursday, November 27 arrested a 24 year old Moroccan for possession of narcotic substances for the purpose of dealing, seizing almost 1g of narcotic substances, and reported a 31 year old Nigerian for the crime of injury.

The agents of the Sestri police station the other evening they stopped a car driven by the 24 year old, who was passing by Novella StreetFrom the very first moments, the officers perceived a strong odor of cannabis coming from the young man's clothing, which is why they inspected the car and searched the subject.

In his possession were found 30 grams of cannabis e 13 grams of cocaine, already divided into doses. The extended search of the house allowed us to find further 53 grams of cocaine, 2.500 € in cash and packaging material. The young man was arrested, with validation in a direct trial and the measure of ban on residence in Genoa and its province.

That morning, the police intervened at the bus stop in Pacinotti Street following a report of an assault on a female passenger. Witnesses revealed that a man, when the woman asked her to lower her voice, punched her, causing injuries to her eye and cheekbone, and then walked away. 31enne, an illegal immigrant on the national territory, was tracked down shortly after and his position is now being examined by the Immigration Office.

The State Police of Genoa also arrested a man on November 27th 23-year-old Colombian, homeless, for theft in competition and fined him for possession of narcotics for personal use.

Only the 23-year-old was on board, and he—according to reconstruction—was following the bus to retrieve his accomplice after the theft. Clothes worn by the alleged perpetrator were found in the vehicle. 3 grams of hashish and three cell phones. The young man was subjected to a fast-track trial. Investigations are underway to identify his accomplice.

On the evening of Thursday 27 November, during a patrol service in the historic centre, the UPGSP operators stopped a 36 year old Moroccan, against which a charge emerged detention order issued by the Court of Genoa. The man had to atone 1 year and 11 months for crimes against the person and related to drugs. He was then associated with the Marassi prison available to the Judicial Authority.
