On a late winter evening, a man, stopped while driving his car, when asked to undergo a breathalyzer test, loses control, grabs a billhook he had in the car and lunges at the soldiers. The man was subsequently disarmed, blocked and declared under arrest.

It all happened on a cold late winter evening, the man had certainly drunk more than the legal limit. The soldiers stopped him while he was driving his car, but when they asked him to take a breathalyzer test, the man lost control, grabbed a billhook he had in the car, and lunged at the soldiers. It was only thanks to the latter's quick reflexes that the worst was avoided. The man was disarmed, stopped, and declared under arrest.
Following the summary hearing, held yesterday morning, the Judge confirmed the arrest, releasing the defendant, pending trial.
