Personnel from the Frosinone State Police intervened in Piazza Sandro Pertini in the capital, a central area of ​​the city with bus terminals, following a report of a violent fight between non-EU citizens, some of whom were minors.

Once on site, the suspects managed to disappear while the officers, members of the two patrol cars of the Office of General Prevention and Public Aid of the Police Headquarters that intervened, managed to stop three non-EU citizens who showed clear signs of beatings and stab wounds who were accompanied to the Emergency Room of the Frosinone Hospital, where, by pure chance, they met other young people of Maghreb origin, all minors, who arrived independently at the hospital and showed clear signs of beatings and injuries likely attributable to the same event.

In fact, shortly thereafter, a new violent argument broke out between them, which was again quelled by the officers of the Flying Squad, who for these facts proceeded to report eight people at liberty for aggravated brawling in competition; one of whom, subsequently tracked down and found in possession of a fragment of glass, used in the aforementioned circumstances as an improper weapon, also for illegal possession of instruments capable of causing offence.
