Supino: 44-year-old Albanian under house arrest for mistreatment, stalking and injuries towards his partner

On the evening of March 6, in Supino (FR), the Carabinieri of the local station, executed the precautionary measure of house arrest with the electronic bracelet device, issued by the GIP office of the Court of Frosinone against a 44-year-old Albanian, resident in Supino, for the crimes of mistreatment, stalking and aggravated personal injury against his partner.

The measure resulted following various complaints filed by his ex-partner, at the Carabinieri Command of Supino, for various conduct of physical and verbal violence, which occurred in the period from July 2024 to February 2025. The woman, in the various complaints filed, brought to the attention of the Judicial Authority the persecutory conduct carried out by her partner, both during the relationship and at the end of it, describing him as a person of morbidly jealous nature, with numerous bullying, harassing and threatening behaviors limiting her personal freedom, with various physical attacks.

On 16.02.2025/40/XNUMX, after an agreed meeting for the return of personal effects, not accepting being left, the man pushed her causing her to fall, then followed her in the car and after reaching her, hit her in the face and body causing injuries that will heal in XNUMX days.

Following the continuous episodes of violence, the GIP of the Court of Frosinone issued the precautionary measure of house arrest with the application of the electronic control device, with the total ban on communication and access to social networks.
