Anagni, threats and assaults on mother to obtain drug money: 36-year-old man placed under restraint with electronic bracelet.

In recent days i Carabinieri of the Anagni Station, coordinated by the local Company, have carried out aorder prohibiting access to the injured party, with application of the electronic remote control device, issued by GIP of the Court of Frosinone against a 36 year old already known to the police.

The measure comes at the end of a scrupulous and complex investigative activity, started after the desperate cry for help from the man's mother, the victim of a violent argument that broke out in their home.

The mother's complaint: years of violence, threats, and demands for money

As it turns out, the fight was just the latest episode in a long series of aggressive, harassing and intimidating behavior implemented by the son, linked to his drug addiction and the need to continually find money to buy drugs.

The Carabinieri, having gained the woman's trust, collected a dramatic testimony, from which a picture emerged made of submission, constant fear and constant threats, which had made normal coexistence impossible.

The woman, now overwhelmed and fearful for her safety, found the courage to ask for help from the military at the Anagni station.

Thanks to the evidence gathered on the field, the Carabinieri reconstructed the entire situation, documenting each episode and transmitting the outcome of the investigations to the Frosinone Prosecutor's Office.

The Judicial Authority has thus ordered the issuing of the precautionary measure aimed at protecting the victim and stopping the escalation of violence.

After the signing of the provision, the military have the 36-year-old was tracked down and notified him of the order, simultaneously applying the electronic bracelet, a device that will allow constant monitoring of his movements and full compliance with the prohibition on approaching.

A woman finally free from fear

The execution of the precautionary measure has allowed put an end to the state of danger where her mother lived daily, finally giving her back safety and protection.

This intervention once again underscores the Carabinieri's important role in supporting victims of domestic violence and combating all forms of abuse within the family unit.
