Anagni: He mistreats and beats his wife, 42-year-old removed from home with application of electronic control device

The Anagni Carabinieri Station has carried out aorder to leave the family home and prohibit him from approaching the injured party with the application of an electronic bracelet against a 42-year-old, already known to the judicial news, as he was responsible for mistreatment in the family and injuries towards his 37-year-old cohabiting wife.

The investigation by the military began when the woman, exasperated by the continuous violence suffered by her husband, requested the intervention of the Carabinieri patrol for yet another argument that had arisen over trivial reasons and following which she had also been forced to seek medical care at the Colleferro Hospital for a reactive anxiety state that was judged to be curable in a few days.

On the occasion the woman told the Carabinieri that for some time she had been forced to endure harassing behavior from her husband that was incompatible with normal living conditions.

The military, at the end of an intense investigative activity aimed at ascertaining, in a clear and unequivocal manner, the harassing and violent behavior of the woman's husband. The investigating judge of the Frosinone court, agreeing with the factual elements provided by the investigators, ordered the man to be held removal from the family home with a ban on approaching the injured party, with application of the electronic remote control device.

The Carabinieri have always been committed to providing effective responses to the population's request for security and in this context maximum attention is also paid to reports of violence against abused women.

In compliance with the constitutional principle of presumption of innocence, it is mandatory to note that the suspect, recipient of the precautionary measure, is currently only suspected of a crime; his position will be definitively examined by the Judicial Authority.
