Anagni: Carabinieri arrest a 49-year-old woman, already reported for stalking.

The Carabinieri of Anagni have executed a precautionary measure aggravation order issued by the GIP of the Court of Frosinone against a woman already reported, after numerous acts of persecution, for stalking by her ex-husband, who after the end of their romantic relationship, had been persecuting him for some time, to the point of tormenting him and even physically harassing him.

Episodes reported to the Carabinieri for stalking, which initiated the procedures provided for by the Red Code, culminating yesterday morning with the application of the precautionary measure issued by the Judicial Authority for the woman's repeated violations of the obligations and prohibitions of approach that had been imposed on her.

The woman was found at her home in Fiuggi after the formal procedures and was placed under house arrest at her residence in the spa town.
