Lucera: 40-Year-Old Arrested for Attempted Murder

The Lucera State Police executed a custodial detention order issued by the investigating judge at the Foggia Court, upon proposal by the local Public Prosecutor's Office, against a 40-year-old man undergoing preliminary investigations in relation to the crime of attempted murder. In particular, the subject allegedly went to a man's workplace and attacked him, for trivial reasons, while he was busy carrying out his daily activities.

The subsequent investigations carried out by the Lucera Police Station staff allowed them to gather serious evidence of guilt against the subject in relation to the crime contested. At the end of the formal procedures, the same was associated with the Foggia District Prison.
