Foggia: Inter-force activities for extraordinary control of the territory and “High Impact” continue

La State Police continues to give constant impetus to the garrison activities in the territory, in order to raise the level of perception of safety in a complex environmental context.

For this reason and also in order to guarantee careful prevention and repression of crimes, in the last week, in this capital city, operational activities were concentrated in the areas with the greatest vocation for youth aggregation and in those where the presence of the Police Forces is most important in relation to the urban and social decay.

The operations saw the involvement of approximately 150 men from the State Police, the Carabinieri, the Guardia di Finanza and the Local Police and led to the identification of 1.161 subjects, the control of 533 vehicles with the issuing of 57 fines for violations of the Highway Code and the control of 22 commercial establishments of various types.

In light of the results, it is worth noting that these activities allow us to send a strong signal to citizens of the presence of the Police Forces at the service of their protection and safety.
