Mesola: Carabinieri intensify territorial controls, 2 arrests

In the last few days the Carabinieri of the Mesola Station have executed restrictive measures issued by the GIP and the Criminal Enforcement Office of the Court of Ferrara, against two criminals from the area.

The first, a 33 year old boy, was hit by a measure of aggravation of the measure of arrest to which he was subjected for drug crimesThe man will continue the precautionary measure in jail because of the repeated failure to comply to the requirements that had been imposed on him by the Judicial Authority, documented and reported by the Carabinieri of Mesola.

A few hours later, another criminal from the area ended up in jail, 56 year old, for the issuing of an order of imprisonment against him by the Este Court. The man will have to serve 3 years and 6 months in prison for having committed crimes from 2007 to 2019 in the territories of Codigoro, Mesola and Comacchio, crimes against property and the person including theft, personal injury, drunk driving and failure to comply with the DASPO to which he had been subjected.

At the end of the formal procedures, both arrested persons were taken to the Ferrara prison.
