Massa Fiscaglia (Ferrara), beats his partner who ends up in hospital. Arrested by the Carabinieri

During the night between Saturday and Sunday last, The Carabinieri of the Massa Fiscaglia Station arrested a 49-year-old Italian man, resident in the area.

The military intervened at his home, where he lives with a 55-year-old woman, and found that there had just been a violent fight between the two, from which the woman had emerged stunned and with obvious bruises on her face, so much so that she had to be taken to the emergency room. of the Lagosanto hospital, where other serious internal injuries emerged which, putting his life in danger, made it necessary to intervene urgently by surgery.

The man had recently been the subject of a "warning for domestic violence" against the same woman, which the Carabinieri had notified to him a few months earlier following another similar episode.
He was then arrested for mistreatment of the family aggravated by injuries and, by order of the Magistrate on duty of the Este Prosecutor's Office, taken to the prison of Ferrara, awaiting the judicial authority's opinion on the validation.
At the end of the hearing, the Judge validated the arrest and ordered the precautionary measure of house arrest against the suspect.
