Terre del Reno: 38-year-old arrested and convicted of domestic abuse.

Last afternoon 3th December, the Carabinieri of the Terre del Reno Station arrested a 38-year-old recipient of a detention order issued by the Criminal Enforcement Office of the Ferrara Prosecutor's Office for mistreatment within the family.

The legal case arises from incidents of domestic violence committed against his ex-wife, between September and November 2022, and for which the man had already been subjected to the precautionary measure of ban on approaching places frequented by the offended person, until July 2025.

The 38 year old, tracked down by the Carabinieri of Terre del Reno, was arrested at the end of the formalities translated at the Ferrara Prison, where he will have to serve more than a year in prison.
