Yesterday afternoon, 12 February, supported, as always, by colleagues from the Provincial Command of Ferrara and from those of the “Special Units” – Anti-Adulteration and Health Unit (NAS) of Bologna, Labour Inspectorate Unit (NIL) of Ferrara and Forestry Carabinieri Unit of Portomaggiore – they have implemented controls, among Portomaggiore and Argenta, to counter the predatory crimes and drug dealing, as well as the violations of the highway code, of the consolidated law on foreigners and of the regulations on work, hygiene, health and environment.
During the service, in addition to subjecting it to thorough checks 5 commercial establishments, 20 vehicles and over 30 people, the Carabinieri they reported to theEste judicial authority overall 5 Guests, one of which for disorderly drunkenness and failure to show the residence permit, one for the possession of a switchblade, one for driving under the influence of alcohol and – again – a car repairer for failed to properly dispose of waste from its manufacturing processes and bar manager for different Workplace safety violations.
The latter was also contested administrative sanctions for a total of 8.500 euros, having violated provisions relating to the food traceability, All 'Indication of allergens in unpackaged products and to hygienic conditions of the venue.
The military finally reported the incident to the Prefecture 3 young people, one of which minor, to possession of narcotics for personal use.
The Portuense Arma Company has announced that the checks will continue in the coming weeks.
