Tomorrow in Panmujeom, in the Joint Security Area, the meeting between the President of the Republic Sergio Mattarella and the Korean President Yoon Suk-yeol will be held.

The President of the Republic Sergio Mattarella landed at Alone, there is a meeting scheduled with the President of Korea, Yoon Suk-yeol. The Italian President will stay three days in Korea to fulfill a series of commitments.
Shortly after landing, the President of the Italian Republic delivered a wreath of flowers at the national cemetery in the capital, Seoul.
The program drawn up for President Sergio Mattarella's three-day visit includes a stop in Panmujeon, a town located on the border between North and South Korea.
Panmujeon it is a place with strong historical and political significance because it is the location where the 1953 armistice was signed, an act that put an end to the Korean conflict.
After this stage, a bilateral meeting is scheduled for the Italian President.

President Sergio Mattarella will meet the President of the Republic of Korea, Yoon Suk Yeol.
The meeting will take place at the Yongsan Presidential Palace.
Korea is not the only state in which the Italian President will be stationed in the next few days.

The President of the Republic, Sergio Mattarella, will also stop for two days Uzbekistan, to confirm and strengthen mutual cooperation between the latter and Italy.
Historically, Uzbekistan represents a state in collaboration with Italy thanks to its geographical position and political function.
