Enna, harassment, threats and vandalism against two women. Precautionary measure for two minors.
The Carabinieri of the Provincial Command of Enna have executed a precautionary measure of permanence at their home issued against two minors from Enna. The order for the application of a precautionary measure was issued by the Juvenile Court of Caltanissetta, at the request of the local Public Prosecutor's Office for Minors.
In particular, The investigations revealed an alarming picture of continuous harassment, threats and acts of vandalism against two women, which began last year and intensified in recent months, culminating in a persistent state of anxiety and fear on the part of the victims.
This situation, which has become unsustainable, arose from some complaints filed by the same people and considered well-founded by the investigators and the Public Prosecutor's Office for Minors, who carried out investigations in order to bring out the truth of what was reported.
In particular, among the most serious episodes, there was the breaking of house windows by throwing stones.
The two minors arrested will have to remain at home, with permission to be absent only during school hours, and will also have to follow a support program provided by social services.
Further developments, even favorable to the suspects, are not excluded following the preliminary interrogations to which they will be subjected by the Judicial Authority in the coming days.
