Brescia, contributions in favor of trade and craft businesses
Brescia, the municipal council with a resolution dated November 6th approved the disbursement of contributions, for a total sum of 270 thousand euros, in favor of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in the trade, catering and craft industries in the street areas Milano affected by the works started in May 2020.
The long-term road construction site is necessary for the completion of works for the complete renewal of the district heating, gas, electricity network, water network, sewerage network, optical fiber and broadband networks by A2A Spa and is preparatory to the already contracted works of redevelopment of the street Milano, planned as part of the “Oltre la Strada” project.
These works have an objective impact on the fabric of the businesses in the street and add to the general problematic economic trend generated by the measures to contain the Covid-19 contagion.
The area affected by the construction sites has been divided into two zones, characterized by two different degrees of discomfort.
Zone 1 – intervention area with direct and high disadvantage to the business fabric – includes the even house numbers from 52/A to 134/C and from 138/B to 174 and the odd house numbers from 23/B to 127/A of Street Milano.
Zone 2 – intervention area with indirect but considerable inconvenience to the business fabric – includes via Milano (even house numbers from 134/D to 138 and from 50 to 52 – odd house numbers from 17/F to 21/B), via Stoppani (even house numbers from 2 to 6/I – odd house numbers from 1 to 3/ B), via Nullo (even house numbers from 2 to 8 – odd house numbers from 1 to 11), via Manara (even house numbers from 2 to 6 – odd house numbers from 1 to 5/E), via Villa Glori (numbers even house numbers from 2 to 18 – odd house numbers 1 to 13) and via Pascoli (even house numbers from 2 to 10 – odd house numbers from 1 to 9). Attached is the planimetric document indicating the areas.
On the basis of this different classification, for SMEs up to 150 m1 in Zone 2.500 (direct and significant inconveniences) a contribution of 150 euros will be paid while for SMEs exceeding 3.000 m150 in the same area the contribution will be equal to 2 euros. For SMEs up to 1.000 m150 in Zone 1.500 (indirect but considerable inconveniences) the amount will be XNUMX euros while for SMEs exceeding XNUMX mXNUMX in the same area it will be XNUMX euros.
