Rome. The State Police meets the students as part of the "Safe Schools" project.

The commitment of the State Police continues constant, ready to accept requests from educational institutions to meet with local children, as part of the initiative of the Rome Police Headquarters "Safe Schools", a legality education project aimed at to young people from schools of all levels.

The agents of the Anzio-Nettuno police station met the students of 1A, 1B and 1C of the Istituto Comprensivo Anzio in via Ambrosini, with whom they talked about the use of social media and the dangers of the internet, bullying and other issues relating to respect for the rules. In recent days the agents also met with 2 classes of the Anzio IV “Giovanni Falcone” Comprehensive Institute, where the topics of rights, legality, gender violence and the dangers of the internet were examined with great participation from the students.

While, the policemen of the Colombo Commissariat and the Traffic Police Department met, at the San Murialdo Parish, the students of the "Marcantonio Colonna" Institute, explaining to them the importance of the road awareness program called "Icaro Project", focused on the examination of the correct ones driving behaviors and the main factors that jeopardize road safety.

The students walked across the obstacle course using the three-dimensional glasses to simulate the state of alcoholic intoxication or drug intake, while another group of students visited the "Blue Coach" where they were able to try their hand at using a real "driving simulator", actually experiencing driving under the effects of alcohol or drugs and the probable consequences .
