The woman, already under investigation for stalking and child abandonment, stalked her ex-partner and his family. A precautionary measure was imposed, prohibiting her from approaching him with an electronic bracelet.

The agents of the Crotone Police Headquarters they carried out theordinance for the enforcement of the prohibition of approach with the installation of an electronic bracelet against a woman from Crotone, CS (born 1984), investigated for the crime of persecution committed against the ex-partner and his family members as well as for the crime of abandonment of minors.

The precautionary measure was issued following the complaint filed by the man, who, exasperated by the woman's obsessive and threatening behavior, told the police a series of circumstances and episodes: after a relationship of about twenty years, the woman he had not accepted the end of the story and, also thanks to the use of drugs, had started a real conduct obsessive and annoying, arriving at physically assault the man and damage his car, causing him anxiety and fear for one's safety.

The investigative insights conducted by the police officers of the specialized section "Crimes against the person” of the Flying Squad, who initially activated the procedure of "Code Red", have allowed us to reconstruct a series of stalking, threatening and aggressive acts carried out by the woman not only against her ex-partner but also against her brother-in-law and sister-in-law. Through stalking, stakeouts, death threats and damage, the woman had induced her ex-partner to change his lifestyle habits.

Le timely declarations of the injured party and the other results of the investigative activity, dealt with by the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Crotone led by the prosecutor Domenico Guarascio and entrusted to specialized magistrates, have led to the request for precautionary measures, accepted by the GIP of the Court of Crotone and immediately executed by the Flying Squad. The woman she will not be able to approach her ex-partner and his family.

Furthermore, thanks to the man's story and as confirmed by other testimonies, the woman is also accused of abandoning minors, as on one occasion he had left his own six-year-old daughter alone in a playground at night.
